PRECAUTIONS:
1.New cement surfaces need to dry for 2 weeks before application.
2.Old surfaces have efflorescence, weathering,moss,etc. Must be cleaned before application.
3.If there are holes or uneven surfaces on walls,they must be leveled before application.
